By accessing and using the Oklahoma IBC website (oklahomaibc.com), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

Products and Services

Oklahoma IBC sells used, reconditioned, and new IBC totes and accessories. All products are sold “as described” based on our grading system. Product availability and pricing are subject to change without notice. Quotes provided are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.

Grading and Condition

Used IBC totes are graded according to our internal grading system (Grade A, B, C). While we make every effort to accurately represent the condition of our products, used containers may have cosmetic variations within the same grade. Photos are representative and actual units may vary slightly.

Limitation of Liability

Oklahoma IBC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify that products are suitable for their intended application.

Chemical Compatibility

Buyers are responsible for verifying that IBC totes are compatible with their intended contents. Oklahoma IBC provides general guidance but does not warrant compatibility with specific chemicals or substances. Always consult chemical compatibility charts and material safety data sheets before use.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
